FAQs

Quite possibly the most important question any potential client can ask after making a system purchase decision. Firstly, put together a bullet point list of what you think you’ll need.  Doesn’t have to be too granular, maybe just a “day in the life” description for the various departments. For example, you can talk about  how your sales people sell your products and services, how you invoice after shipping or before, things like that. We’ll use this list to help prepare our initial on-boarding interview.  The more prepared you are, the better we’ll be able to help you. Secondly, you need to plan to be available. We can’t read minds (although we’re working on that), but we can communicate with your key decisions makers which will be expected to do just that ‘make decisions”. We highly recommend you have a financial advisor that can interface with our CPA to help execute on your financial processes.

This again depends on the same variables as those that determine what the costs will be. In addition to this, you can make a huge impact on timeliness simply by making the key employees needed in implementation available as needed. Clients that make themselves available infrequently will naturally take longer to on-board than more involved clients. Remember that implementation is a two way street.

Given that we’re located in India, it’s clear that the biggest benefit is going to be cost. How much will depend on a number of variables including what level of involvement you want, your business model, and your objectives. We can put a cost estimate together after an initial interview. Ideally our clients come prepared with a list of tasks they envision needing help with. The bottom line is this; If you compare the total end result from a company such as NetSuite combined with one of their top consultants to what we do with BizAutomation.com you’re going to see a HUGE and we mean HUGE cost savings.

While it’s true that more friendly time zones have their advantage, in the end it’s all about the end results isn’t it ? Depending what we’re doing for you, we’re not going to let time zones get in the way. Most implementation tasks actually don’t require real time collaboration but  for those that do, we’ll make sure we’re available during evenings our time which will be morning yours. Most scheduled meetings will take place in the morning hours, and can include employees from BizAutomation.com in California.
